Terms of Service

Terms for using TECH LIT DAILY.

Last updated: April 27, 2026. These terms explain, in plain language, how you can use the TECH LIT DAILY website and the Timekeepur app.

What the Product Is

TECH LIT DAILY is a simple daily quiz experience for learning technical literacy terms. Timekeepur adds creator tools that help you turn topics, voice reflections, documents, websites, and YouTube links into short lesson drafts, recordings, quizzes, and finished lesson videos.

Using the Product

You may use the product for learning, teaching, planning, and creating your own lesson materials. Some features work locally on your device. Some features use Apple services such as iCloud, Game Center, Apple Intelligence, StoreKit, widgets, Live Activities, or platform sharing tools. You are responsible for the Apple account, device, and network access you use with the product.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the lesson drafts, recordings, notes, quizzes, source links, and other content you create or import. When you use the app, you give us permission to store, process, sync, display, export, and share that content only as needed to run the features you choose.

Public Quizzes

If you publish a quiz to the public feed, other people may see the quiz, your creator display name, and related quiz details. Public quizzes may be moderated, hidden, removed, or limited if they are harmful, misleading, spammy, infringe someone else's rights, or do not fit the product.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the product to harass people, publish content you do not have rights to use, upload malware, scrape or attack our systems, bypass limits, interfere with other users, or use the product in a way that breaks the law.

Learning and Creator Tools

The product is built to help with learning and teaching, but it does not promise that every quiz answer, transcript, import, lesson suggestion, AI-assisted draft, or export will be perfect. Please review important content before teaching, sharing, or relying on it.

Purchases and Credits

Paid subscriptions and packaging credits are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple manages payment details, refunds, renewals, and cancellation settings. Packaging credits are used to turn recorded clips into finished lesson videos inside the app.

Changes and Availability

We may change, pause, or remove features as the product improves. Some features depend on Apple services, device capabilities, beta access, iCloud status, Game Center status, or third-party source availability, so they may not always work the same for everyone.
